上交所12月29日公告，对好莱客年度报告审计机构广东司农会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）及年度报告审计注册会计师吴虹、潘小泉予以监管警示。
广东司农会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）（以下简称司农所）及注册会计师吴虹、潘小泉作为好莱客2021年度审计机构及年度报告审计注册会计师，存在审计职责履行不到位的情形。包括商誉减值测试程序不到位、存货相关审计程序不到位、确定重要性水平选择基准时相关因素考虑不全等。
