上证报中国证券网讯 据晶盛机电23日消息，12月22日，晶盛机电首台半导体12英寸双轴减薄机成功下线，标志着晶盛机电正式进军封装市场。
公司首台12英寸双轴减薄机从立项到成功下线仅用时9个月，研发周期缩短50%。目前该设备已通过国内知名FAB厂的技术确认并发往客户现场。
