亚洲电视控股12月22日晚间在港交所公告，董事会宣布，拿督斯里赖彩云博士已辞任公司之主席及执行董事，由2022年12月22日起生效，以投放更多时间于其他业务。赖博士已确认，彼与董事会并无意见分歧，亦无有关彼辞任之其他事宜须提请公司股东及香港联合交易所有限公司垂注。
