12月21日，天眼查App显示，华谊兄弟传媒股份有限公司、王忠军、王忠磊等被中国证券监督管理委员会浙江监管局出具警示函。浙监局在现场检查中发现华谊兄弟传媒股份有限公司存在收入确认不规范、项目用印申请不规范、内幕信息知情人登记档案不规范等问题。
