美国东部时间12月15日上午，法国奢侈品牌Lanvin母公司、Lanvin Group复朗集团正式在纽约证券交易所敲钟上市交易。开盘首日，股价一度上涨16%至最高点，后又下跌22.7%至7.63美元。
复朗集团表示，此次交易所筹集的资金将用于加速复朗集团现有品牌的有机增长，并为其未来战略性收购以丰富品阵营提供资金。
