税友股份12月11日公告， 公司于12月10日召开第五届董事会第十二次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任公司副经理的议案》，同意聘任张耀为公司副经理。
张耀，男，1973年5月出生，中国国籍，无境外永久居留权，本科学历。2002年12月加入浙江西安交大龙山软件有限公司（税友软件集团股份有限公司前身），历任公司客户经理、办事处主任、分公司总经理等职务，现任公司事业部总经理。
