2022年12月9日，昇兴股份(002752.SZ)发布公告，根据公司生产经营及战略发展的需要，为进一步增强子公司的资金实力，公司及全资子公司昇兴(香港)有限公司(“香港昇兴”)拟使用自有资金人民币1.5亿元对全资子公司昇兴(中山)包装有限公司(“中山昇兴”)进行增资。本次增资完成后，中山昇兴的股权结构不变，公司持有中山昇兴75%股权，香港昇兴持有中山昇兴25%股权。
