花2小时整理RUSELL脱口秀“BE A MAN”中英双语对照稿，并把日常我们常用表达挑选画了重点，每张图尽量不超过5句话，便于大家无阅读和掌握负担。
大家学习时候可对照视频过一遍，图片按视频（8分钟）节奏同步，三点建议：
1.每天学一点日常表达，然后找机会用出去，Got it then Use it .
2.每次只学3-5句，挑简单有趣实用的学，每一句按视频场景来Speak it out.争取做到脱口而出.
3.Less is More 少就是多，输入量要以你能熟练脱口而出量为参考标准。输出》输入比例。
