广东银保监局11月24日信息显示，该局已批复同意东莞银行增资扩股方案：新增发不超过5亿股股份，每股面值1元的募集资本金方案。值得注意的是，东莞银行于2019年初已提交A股上市申请，拟登陆深交所，发行规模不超过该行发行后总股本的25%（含25%）。目前，该行仍处于A股上市排队序列，排队状态为“预先披露更新”，且排队顺序较为靠前。
