路透社11月24日报道，俄罗斯天然气生产商俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司（Gazprom）执行董事会周四批准了一项2023年价值2.3万亿卢布的投资计划，比2022年增长了16%。该公司表示，这笔资金将用于亚马尔、雅库特和伊尔库茨克的天然气生产、天然气处理设施等。
