最近有位朋友在使用电脑的时候，应用程序发生异常，出现未知的软件异常，不知道如何解决。其实出现“应用程序发生异常未知的软件异常”的原因有很多，比如说常见的病毒，系统设置等等，都可能会导致应用程序发生异常。
1、 打开电脑安全杀毒软件，进入主界面后，点击下方“病毒查杀”。
2、 然后点“全盘扫描”对电脑进行病毒查杀。
