近日，浙江丽水某公园内，一位91岁奶奶的锻炼惊呆路人。这位奶奶虽然已白发苍苍，但精神头很好，正当路人称赞老人状态好时，奶奶突然劈叉在地，来了个标准的“一字马”！老人女儿称，母亲从65岁开始锻炼，坚持到如今已25年。
