德信中国11月18日晚间在港交所公告，于本公告日期，公司就2022年到期9.95%优先票据至少313,470,000美元或现有票据未偿还本金额的90%开始交换要约。现有票据的交换要约于2022年11月18日开始，并将于2022年11月30日下午四时正（伦敦时间）届满。
据悉，“2022年12月到期9.95%优先票据”为德信中国旗下唯一存续美元债。
