中证网讯（王珞）日播时尚11月16日公告，因个人资金需要，公司董事兼副总经理林亮计划通过集中竞价交易的方式减持不超过350,000股，即不超过本人所持有公司股份的25%，不超过公司总股本的0.15%。减持价格按照市场价格确定。
公告显示，截至本公告披露日，林亮持有公司股份1,400,000股，占公司总股本的0.58%，上述股份均来源于公司首次公开发行股票并上市前已取得的股份。
