乌克兰真理报当地时间15日报道称，当天乌克兰国家铁路公司从乌首都基辅出发的客运班列，抵达乌克兰南部港口城市尼古拉耶夫市。据央视新闻，这也是自2月24日俄乌冲突爆发以来首次恢复与该市的客运通车。
