11月11日，中国船舶集团属下中船黄埔文冲公司为埃及苏伊士运河管理局建造的75吨拖轮系列H2384及H2387拖轮同时完工离厂，将在埃及进行签字交付。
该型船总长32米、宽12.8米、型深5.4米，最大吃水6.0米，最大托力达75T。该船为多功能拖轮，主要执行伴拖和船舶救助任务，其次为沿海拖航和消防作业。
