九洲药业11月14日公告，非公开发行股票申请获得中国证监会发行审核委员会审核通过。
公司此前公告，拟向不超35名特定投资者发行不超7000万股公司股份，募资不超25亿元，募集资金扣除相关发行费用后将用于投资瑞博（台州）制药有限公司创新药CDMO生产基地建设项目（一期工程）、瑞博（苏州）制药有限公司原料药CDMO建设项目、补充流动资金。
