北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 张函）11月14日，龙大美食发布公告称，公司拟使用自有资金以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，本次回购资金总额不低于3亿元(含本数)，且不超过5亿元(含本数)，回购价格不超过14.41元/股(含本数)。
