11月14日，北信瑞丰基金公司发布公告，截至2022年11月13日，北信瑞丰鼎丰灵活配置混合型发起式基金的资产净值低于2亿元人民币，触发《基金合同》约定的自动终止情形，经与基金托管人协商一致确定，2022年11月13日为本基金最后运作日，2022年11月14日起进入基金财产清算程序。
