什么是尺管综合征，腕管综合征？简单来说，就是神经通过这些管道的时受压产生的症状。
（尺管）The Guyon’s canal 位于腕管的尺侧，由豌豆骨，钩状骨，腕横韧带组成的通道，包含尺神经和尺动脉。
腕管(the carpal tunnel )。腕管的骨柱由桡侧的大多角骨和舟骨以及尺侧豌豆骨和钩状骨组成。腕管的顶部是腕横韧带。腕管内包含手指的8个深浅屈肌腱、拇长屈肌腱和正中神经。
尺管和腕管的关系密切，尺管位于腕管的尺侧浅层。
