根据《新型冠状病毒肺炎防控方案（第九版）》规定，结合我县当前疫情防控形势，经专家组研判，县疫情防控工作领导小组研究决定，自即日起，有序解除交城县夏家营镇、西营镇（不含石侯村）、洪相镇的静默管理，恢复常态化疫情防控措施。特此通告
