新加坡《联合早报》消息，华侨银行10月20日宣布，郭斯强从即日起出任环球个人银行总裁。他将领导新加坡、马来西亚、印度尼西亚和大中华区的个人银行（consumer banking）和财富管理业务，并直接向集团行政总裁黄碧娟汇报。郭斯强目前是个人银行部新加坡总经理，以及华侨银行管理委员会成员。他接下来将成为集团管理执行委员会成员。
