乐居财经 刘治颖 10月12日，浙江稠州商业银行股份有限公司发布2022年二级资本债券申购区间与申购提示性说明。
据悉，本期债券为10年期固定利率债券（第5年末附有前提条件的发行人赎回权），发行规模为15亿元，票面年利率的申购区间为3.80%-4.50%，申购时间为2022年10月13日9:00-17:00。
另悉，根据经联合资信评估股份有限公司综合评定，发行人的主体长期信用评级为 AA+，本期债券的信用评级为 AA。
