（财见2022年10月8日讯）在Apollo Funds成功完成收购后，全球收款解决方案企业Ingenico宣布，该公司已经开始以独立公司的身份运营，并任命了新的监事会，帮助管理层推动艰巨的业务战略和转型计划。
Matthieu Destot将继续作为首席执行官和董事会成员，领导Ingenico战略的执行。Catherine Guillouard已被任命为Ingenico监事会主席。Rolf Stangl、Gerrard Schmid和Laurence Stoclet也将作为非执行董事加入监事会。最后，Apollo Funds将由一个经验丰富的全球团队担任其代表，其中包括合伙人Michele Rabà、合伙人Robert Kalsow-Ramos、运营合伙人Christopher Harwood以及负责人Yulia Shakhova。
