据央视军事，乌克兰媒体10月8日报道，乌克兰国家核能公司当天发布消息称，8日凌晨，俄军再次向扎波罗热核电站开火，目前扎波罗热核电站已完全断电，柴油发电机正在工作。同一天，俄媒报道称，因为遭到乌方攻击，扎波罗热核电站已自动转入柴油发电状态。
