9月28日上午，淮安市企业上市工作推进会召开。市长史志军在会上强调，要敢为善为、勇挑大梁，加大企业上市工作推进力度，争取在资淮安市场上取得更大突破，为淮安市高质量跨越发展增添新动能。江苏证监局局长凌峰，党委委员、纪委书记何洁受邀出席会议。市委常委、常务副市长顾坤主持会议，市政府秘书长刘爱国参加。
