中国中车官微消息，北京时间9月29日，达喀尔巴士快速交通PPP项目新能源汽车采购签约仪式在法国巴黎举行。中车香港公司联合中车电动与达喀尔交通公司（Dakar Mobility SA）公司签署121台18米电动客车、相关配套设备以及15年维护合同。这是中车新能源汽车迄今以来最大单笔海外订单。
