9月23日，苏州市生态环境局作出苏环行罚字﹝2022﹞82第217号处罚决定书。信用中国（江苏苏州）官网载明：张家港嘉园钢铁制品有限公司废水超标排放，依据《中华人民共和国水污染防治法》第十条、第八十三条第二项，罚款46万元。
