证券时报e公司讯，山高环能(000803)9月26日晚间公告，公司拟与山东尚能签署合作协议，双方拟共同出资建设生物柴油项目并成立合资公司山高环能（广饶）新能源有限公司，注册资本3亿元，其中公司认缴出资额为1.53亿元，占比51%。项目设计生产规模为50万吨/年，即10万吨/年酯基生物柴油和40万吨/烃基生物柴油，分两期建设。
