证券时报e公司讯，华宝新能(301327)9月23日晚间公告，全资孙公司德国杰克瑞和德国Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG（简称“Lidl”）签订了《欧洲采购框架协议》。经双方友好协商，Lidl公司拟向全资孙公司大量采购“Jackery”品牌便携储能产品，并在Lidl线下商店和Lidl网上商店进行欧洲区域销售。
