About Daystar Academy
Daystar Academy became part of Ivy Education Group in 2014, making the next phase in the school’s development to become a K-12 school. The school has grown in size and stature and now boasts three campuses in Beigao, Sanlitun, and Quanfa with around 1000 students combined, and a very diverse faculty from different nationalities, culture and backgrounds.
Daystar Academy Beigao campus is fully authorized to offer all three (PYP, MYP, DP) International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes and is CIS member school.

Professional Career Development
Daystar provides all faculty with access to a professional development allowance and the level and variety of professional development opportunities and experiences are a notable strength. The opportunities are focused on curriculum design and teaching pedagogies. All teaching staff are enrolled in an online IB workshop.
