近日，上海市市场监督管理局公示，上海智成义齿制作有限公司违反《医疗器械监督管理条例》第三十九条第一款“医疗器械应当有说明书、标签。说明书、标签的内容应当与经注册或者备案的相关内容一致，确保真实、准确”的规定，被上海市市场监管局罚款2万元。
