据@央视军事 微博消息，当地时间21日，俄乌双方交换战俘。乌克兰总统办公室主任叶尔马克表示，在战俘交换中，乌反对派领导人梅德韦丘克已被移交至俄方。他说，乌方利用梅德韦丘克交换了200名乌方被俘人员，用55名俄方士兵交换了5名在亚速钢铁厂战役中被俘的乌方指挥官。
