人民网成都9月16日电 (刘海天)第十三届中国艺术节闭幕式9月15日晚在河北雄安新区举办。闭幕式上，主办机构颁发了第十七届文华奖、第十九届群星奖等各类奖项。其中，川剧《草鞋县令》荣获第十七届“文华奖”，该奖项是中国文化艺术政府奖。这是四川省继2007年川剧《易胆大》获得该奖项之后，时隔15年再度获此殊荣。
