新加坡星展集团9月15日宣布与香港游戏发行商Animoca Brands旗下的区块链游戏平台The Sandbox合作创建“DBS BetterWorld”，成为第一家与The Sandbox建立合作伙伴关系的新加坡公司。星展将购入The Sandbox元宇宙中的一块3x3的虚拟土地，并结合沉浸式元素开发。
