洪亮吉（1746年－1809年），字君直，一字稚存，号北江，晚年号更生，安徽歙县人，生于江苏阳湖（今常州）。乾隆五十五年（1790年）庚戌恩科榜眼。清代乾隆、嘉庆年间著名学者、文学家，并因人口学说而著称。
