俄罗斯卫星通讯社莫斯科9月2日电 七国集团财长呼吁所有产油国增产石油，以减少市场波动。
德国财政部官网公布的七国集团财长声明中称：“我们继续呼吁产油国增产石油，以减少能源市场的波动。我们欢迎欧佩克不久前做出的有关在供应有限的情况下增加产量的决定。”
9月2日，七国集团财长就对俄罗斯石油价格设定上限达成一致。
