国光电器9月1日在互动平台表示，公司积极布局新能源汽车音响业务，组建了专业的汽车音响团队，并与公司现有的材料实验室、电子、硬件、软件、结构设计团队强强联合，期望在2022年内取得重大突破。锂电池项目正常推进中，若有进一步消息，公司按法定程序履行信息披露义务。公司目前无与地方国资洽谈入股。
