澜起科技官微9月1日消息，澜起科技宣布在业界率先推出DDR5第一子代时钟驱动器(简称CKD或DDR5CK01)工程样片，并已送样给业界主流内存厂商，该产品将用于新一代台式机和笔记本电脑的内存。
