*ST方科8月31日公告，公司董事会于2022年8月30日收到公司董事长刘建的书面辞职信，因个人年龄原因，刘建申请辞去公司第十二届董事会董事长职务，仍继续担任公司董事及审计委员会委员职务。公司董事会同意选举齐子鑫担任公司董事长，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第十二届董事会届满。
