发改委网站消息，8月31日，国家发展改革委、财政部发布关于修订印发《国家化肥商业储备管理办法》的通知。通知指出，本办法自2022年9月1日起实行，有效期截至2027年8月31日。《国家化肥商业储备管理办法》（发改经贸规〔2020〕1251号）同步废止。
