化茧成蝶，东业鹏锦科创大厦空间设计 | 零壹城市作品

近日，由零壹城市为国内领先的办公空间运营商杭州东业控股集团有限公司打造的办公空间落成开放。项目面积约2665平方米，坐落于杭州市拱墅区善贤站附近，包含了公共空间以及三种办公样板间，轻松时尚的办公空间在周边一众传统单调的写字楼中脱颖而出。

Recently, the office space designed by LYCS Architecture for Hangzhou DONGYE Holding Group Co., LTD, a leading office space operator in China, was completed and opened. The project covers an area of about 2,665 square meters and is located in Gongshu District, Hangzhou City. It includes the lobby and other public Spaces as well as three types of office mock up rooms, young and fashion office spaces stand out in the surrounding traditional monotonous office buildings.

In recent years, the vacancy rate of office space in the first and second-tier cities has been very high, but high-quality office space is difficult to find... How to seek differentiation in the homogenization has become the no.1 problem for every office space service provider. Based on a keen insigh in Hangzhou market, DONGYE&LYCS aimed to provide differentiated office rental services for small and medium-sized companies such as live broadcast, design, and finance that have high requirements for space quality and privacy.

"如何用空间品质打动客户？"

根据业主方的诉求和其规划，我们提出了“化茧成蝶”的概念，在主要大堂空间以茧为造型展开设计，各个样板空间则代表孵化出的各式各样的蝴蝶，隐喻为更多的小微企业提供更加合适的生存土壤。

According to the demands and planning of the owner, we proposed the concept of "The Sublimation of Butterflies". In the main lobby space, the design is based on the shape of a cocoon, and each sample space represents a variety of hatched butterflies, metaphorizing offer more small enterprises with a more suitable living soil.

有机顺滑的茧带来活力与创意，镜面玻璃则使得空间通透敞亮，入口空间让来访客户耳目一新，良好的第一印象是促进合作的一大助推力。接待空间作为重要且相对低频次的使用场景，共享是中小企业最具性价比的选择。

The organic and smooth cocoon brings vitality and creativity, the mirrored glass makes the space transparent and bright, and the entrance space is refreshing for visiting customers, a good first impression is a big boost to promote cooperation. Reception space as an important and relatively low-frequency use scenario, sharing is the most cost-effective choice for small and medium-sized enterprises.

茧的内部包含了前台接待与垂直交通，访客们沿着旋转楼梯拾级而上，二层则包含了开放水吧、财务室、洽谈室以及多功能室等，多种多样的公共空间为中小企业提供贴心的服务。

The interior of the cocoon contains the reception area and vertical transportation. Visitors climb the stairs along the spiral staircase, the second floor contains the open pantry area, finance room, meeting room and multi-function room, extensive public spaces provide personalized options for companies .

项目根据目标客户人群量身定制了三种不同的办公样板间，每个户型都配备了独立的对外前台门面、独立会议室以及独立总裁办，规模虽小，品质不减，客户可以选择相应的装修风格进行个性化的精装修交付。

According to the target customer group, project tailored three different office mock up rooms, each room is equipped with an independent external reception area, an independent conference room and an ind ependent director's office, although the scale is small, the quality is not reduced, customers can make choice according to their own personalized needs for fine decoration delivery.

酷白朋克

"极简主义与工业气息的结合"

户型A面积105平方米，适用于人员规模不到20人的企业，设计团队极致利用了空间，运用原有较高的层高做了loft， 功能囊括了前台、等候区、15-20人的工位布置、会议室、水吧间、打印区以及独立的总裁办。

Sample A covers an area of 105 square meters, which is suitable for enterprises with less than 20 employees. The design team makes the best use of the space and uses the original high storey to make loft. The functions include reception area, waiting area, 15-20 people's workstation layout, conference room, pantry, printing area and independent CEO office.

创意盲盒

"盒而不同的创意办公生活"

户型B面积105平方米，适用于小而美、预算较为充足的私人工作室，整体空间偏文艺温馨风格，功能囊括了8人工位的开敞办公区、会议室、水吧区、储藏室、独立的总裁办及VIP洽谈区。大量木饰面的运用给空间带来柔和宁静的氛围，展现工作室独特的格调氛围，与会议室橙色玻璃隔断的搭配，使得整体空间如在家办公般悠闲舒适。

Sample B covers an area of 105 square meters, which is suitable for a small and beautiful private studio with sufficient budget, the overall space is artistic and warm, its functions include an open office area for 8 people, a conference room, a pantry, a storage room, an independent director's office and a VIP meeting area. The use of a large number of wood finishes brings a soft and quiet atmosphere to the space, showing the unique style atmosphere of the studio, the matching of the orange glass partition in the conference room makes the overall space as leisurely and comfortable as working at home.

都市绿洲

"绿色自然与现代办公的和谐共生"

户型C面积210平方米，功能包含了独立前台、独立会议室、开放办公区、高管办公室、独立行政财务办公区、独立水吧以及独立总裁办，绿色自然的办公环境是都市生活的一方绿洲，为目标的创意人群打造有特色的办公协作空间。

Sample C covers an area of 210 square meters, with functions include an independent front desk, an independent conference room, an open office area, an executive office, an independent administrative and financial office area, an independent pantry and an independent CEO office. The green and natural office environment is an oasis of urban life, creating a distinctive office collaboration space for the target creative group.
