明华路下穿铁路立交桥及道路工程预计于9月底实现机动车通车，11月底全面通车。据上海松江官方微博，记者从施工现场获悉，该项目目前已进入最后冲刺阶段。此外，申北四路下穿铁路立交桥及道路工程正加紧结构贯通，计划明年9月底前竣工通车。
