陕西建工官微8月5日消息，8月4日，陕建控股集团召开外部董事任职宣布会议。本次聘任法士特、秦川机床党委书记、董事长严鉴铂，古贤水利党委副书记、董事、总经理成生权，陕煤集团党委委员、副总经理王世斌，陕投集团副总经理谢辉，陕药集团党委常委、副总经理唐诗峰为陕建控股外部董事，聘期三年。
