北京商报讯（记者 刘洋 刘晓梦）8月3日，神州专车官方微博发布公告称："由于公司机房主干光缆出现故障，导致系统网络异常，故障将会持续一段时间，目前已加紧进行处理。"这已是一周内神州专车发生的第二次网络异常，7月28日，神州专车发布消息称，因网络故障导致通讯受阻，出行平台暂时无法使用叫车服务。
