据《华尔街日报》报道，知情人士透露，雅诗兰黛集团正洽谈收购奢侈品牌汤姆福特（Tom Ford），交易价值或超30亿美元，有望成为该集团史上最大一笔收购。
据悉，雅诗兰黛集团总部位于纽约，主要销售护肤品、化妆品和香水，旗下品牌包括MAC、倩碧、LA MER等。公司市值近1000亿美元，拥有进行此类交易的必要资金。
