格林美7月29日公告，公司发行的全球存托凭证（GlobalDepositaryReceipts，GDR）于2022年7月28日（中欧夏令时间）在瑞士证券交易所上市，GDR证券全称：GEMCo.,Ltd.,GDR代码：GEM。超额配售权行使前，本次发行的GDR共计2818.41万份，对应的基础证券为2818.41万股本公司A股股票。
