上证报中国证券网讯（记者 卢梦匀）新三板公司众信科技7月18日晚公告称，经与开源证券协商一致，公司与开源证券于7月15日签署了终止协议，并已于7月18日向福建证监局报送了终止辅导备案的申请材料。同日，福建证监局确认了公司的终止辅导申请，公司终止辅导事宜。
