“鸭屎香”原先是从乌岽引进的，种在“鸭屎土”（黄土壤）的茶园里，它的叶子跟“刚亩树”（学名鸭脚木）的叶子一模一样，采制起来茶香浓，韵味好。茶农怕被人偷去，便称是“鸭屎香”。
