正泰电器7月12日公告，公司拟以本次利润分配的股权登记日可参与利润分配的总股数为基数，向全体股东每股分配现金股利0.40元（含税），剩余未分配利润结转下次分配，公司回购账户中的股份不参与本次利润分配。除权日和现金红利发放日均为7月19日，派发现金红利金额为8.51亿元（含税）。
